Crossfade
The Fixed Crossfade checkbox marks a song as one that should be crossfaded into the next, rather than segued at the point you set.
Check or uncheck it, then click Update CF to apply it to every checked song at once.
Bringing in music from Zetta
Tools → Metadata Exchange can read basic information out of files that came from Zetta and convert it to StationPlaylist's format.
Click Copy metadata from Zetta to SPL to translate the Zetta cue points (trim, intro, hook, segue and so on) into StationPlaylist's cue points for the checked songs. Then save as normal to write them into the files.
Converting Zetta audio to MP3
Zetta's audio files are often large WAVs — and sometimes in a "flavour" of WAV that other programs struggle with. Full Migrate and Convert Audio does the whole job in one step: for every checked song it makes a 320 kbps MP3 copy and writes the StationPlaylist cue points onto that new MP3 — so the converted file is ready for air, cue points and all. Your original files are never changed.
Before you click it, choose where the MP3s should go:

Tip: you can check or uncheck songs quickly with the mouse and the
space bar, and type in the filter box (for example
.wav) to narrow the list before converting.
Opening a song in another program
Right-click any song in the list, choose Open in..., and pick a program — Audacity, Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, whatever you use.
The programs on that menu are not built in. You set them up yourself, once, by editing a small text file. See Settings.ini and the command-line tools.
Audio formats VSE2 understands
WAV, MP3, WMA, M4A, AAC, FLAC and MP2 — including RCS Master Control WAV files, which are decoded and played back automatically.
