Setting cue points, and fine-tuning them

Two ways to set a marker

Click, then set

Click the waveform where you want the marker, then click the matching button: Set Cue, Set Intro, Set Hook In, Set Hook Len, Set Outro, Set Segue or Set Overlap.

Tag it while it plays

Press Play, listen, and click the Set button the moment you hear the spot. This works well for intros — you tend to hear a vocal start before you can see it.

Adjusting a marker

Hover over any marker line and drag it left or right.

Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in. You can go right down to individual samples, which is more precision than radio will ever need — but it is there.
